Total Voting Rights
CleanTech Lithium PLC (AIM: CTL, Frankfurt: T2N), an exploration and development company, advancing the next generation of sustainable lithium projects in Chile, in conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs") of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"), announces:
As at the date of this announcement the Company's issued share capital consists of 105,333,500 ordinary shares of 1p each (the "Ordinary Shares") with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
Accordingly, the above figure of 105,333,500 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's DTRs.
