Issue of Equity

CloudTag (AIM:CTAG), the company which develops personal performance monitoring for the consumer health, wellbeing and fitness markets, announces that it has issued, in aggregate, 831,831 new ordinary shares, at an average price of 3.41 pence per share, in settlement of fees for professional services.

Application for admission of 831,831 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM has been made and is expected to occur on or around 23 April 2015. The new ordinary shares will rank equally in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares. Following this issue, the total number of shares in issue will be 166,732,667. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.

Directors' Shareholdings

Included in the total number of shares issued above, 546,831 new ordinary shares have been issued to Amit Ben-Haim, a director of the Company, at an average price of 3.58 pence per share, in accordance with the consultancy agreement between the Company and Amit Ben-Haim detailed in the Company's circular dated 4 December 2014. Following the issue of shares, Mr Ben-Haim is beneficially interested in 7,213,498 ordinary shares, representing 4.33 per cent. of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.

In addition, the Company was notified on 16 April 2015 that Mike Hirschfield, a director of the Company, had on that day purchased 700,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company at a price of 2.5 pence per share. Further to the purchase, Mr Hirschfield is beneficially interested in 8,270,834 ordinary shares, representing 4.96 per cent. of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.
