Receipt of £1.44 million and Issue of Tranche 1 Notes
CloudTag (CTAG:LN), the company that brings personal monitoring to the wellbeing, fitness and digital health markets, confirms that it has received net proceeds of £1.44 million (taking account of costs and the escrow amount of £640,000) in respect of the Tranche 1 Notes, as defined in the announcement of 7 November 2016 ("Announcement"), and, accordingly, has now issued the Tranche 1 Notes to L1 Capital Global Opportunities Master Fund.
With initial product manufacturing having commenced, as soon as the date of delivery of the manufactured stock is known, the Company will be able to finalise the indicative order from Second Chance Limited, as advised in the Announcement. The Company will update the market in due course.
