Result of EGM
The Board of CloudTag (CTAG:LN), which brings personal monitoring to the wellbeing, fitness and digital health markets, is pleased to announce that, at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
The full text of the resolutions were included in the Circular (including notice of EGM) sent to shareholders on 24 November 2016. The Circular may be downloaded from the Company's website at www.cloudtag.com/investors.
