Director's Dealing
Coral Products PLC, (the "Company" or the "Group") a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of injection moulded plastic products based in Haydock, Merseyside, announces it was informed on 10 June 2020 that on that day Michael Wood, a director of the Company, purchased 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 5.0 pence per share.
Following the above transaction, Mr Wood holds 263,078 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.32 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
