Correction - Directors' Shareholding

The announcement released on 6th February 2015 at 10.28 a.m. under RNS number 2636E contained a typographical error. The announcement should have given M.A.J. Cropper's non-beneficial holding as 660,826 shares, not 606,826 as stated. The full corrected version of the announcement is set out below.

The Company announces that it was notified by M.A.J. Cropper on 4th February 2015 of changes in his beneficial interests in the Company's ordinary shares of 25 pence each. These changes arise as follows:

· M.A.J. Cropper on 30th May 2014 pledged 204,924 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company in which he is beneficially interested in to Svenska Handelsbanken AB as security for a bank loan relating to his other business interests. The loan has a term ending on 5th June 2019. The voting rights in relation to these shares remain with M.A.J. Cropper.

· The disposal of 991 shares in which M.A.J. Cropper was beneficially interested which were held on behalf of a child trust fund for one of M.A.J. Cropper's children. Whilst the trustees automatically disposed of the shares at the time of the Company's admission to AiM in 2007 this has only recently come to light.

In addition, on 19th December 2014 M.A.J. Cropper was appointed a trustee of a family trust, the JA Cropper 1974 Settlement. As a result of this appointment M.A.J. Cropper's non-beneficial interest will be increased by 531,487 ordinary shares on 25p each when the share transfer to Mr Cropper as one of the trustees, which is expected shortly, becomes effective.

As a result of these changes the details of his holdings are as follows:
