("PDMR")
The Company was notified on 5 July 2021 that on the same date, Rachel Armer, a PDMR of the Company, bought 73 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 1,326.6p per Share.
As a result of the above, Rachel Armer's beneficial interest in the Company was increased by 73 Shares.
