Directors' Shareholdings
The Company has been notified today of changes, on 15 September, to the trustee arrangements for certain family trusts for which Mark Cropper and/or Patrick Willink, each a director of the Company, act as trustee. As a result, the non-beneficial interest of Patrick Willink has increased by 325,150 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares"); his beneficial interest remains unchanged. Mark Cropper's beneficial and non-beneficial interest remains unchanged.
As a result of the above arrangements, Mark Cropper and Patrick Willink's interests in the Company's Shares are as follows:

The total interest of the Concert Party, as defined in the Company's circular to shareholders dated 30 June 2015, directly and indirectly remains unchanged at 3,617,642 Shares, which represents 38.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.
