The Company announces that it was notified on 13 July 2015 that Robert Maddock, the husband of Isabelle Maddock, a Director of the Company sold 800 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Share(s)") at a price of 501.5p per Share.
As a result Isabelle Maddock's beneficial interest in the Company is 10,219 Shares, which represents 0.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.
