Creightons PLC13 June 2005 CREIGHTONS PLC NOTICE OF EGM Creightons plc ("Creightons" or "the Group") has today issued a circulardetailing the proposed disposals of its freehold interest in Units 1 to 6 WaterLane Industrial Park, Storrington, West Sussex, giving notice of anExtraordinary General Meeting to be held on 30 June 2005 at which resolutionsseeking shareholder agreement for these disposals will be considered. As announced by your Board 4 April 2005 and 18 May 2005, Creightons has enteredinto two contracts conditional only on Shareholder approval to sell certainfreehold property at Storrington. The first contract is with CDA SouthernLimited to sell the Unit 6 for a cash consideration of £960,000. The secondcontract is with Brecon Developments Limited to sell Units 1-5A for a cashconsideration of £700,000. Due to the size of these disposals relative to theCompany and in accordance with the Listing Rules, both disposals are conditionalon the approval of Shareholders, which is to be sought at the ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting, notice of which is set out in the circular.
