RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES
CRH plc announces that yesterday, 15th November 2018, it transferred to the Trustees of its employee share participation schemes 103,650 Ordinary Shares at a price of €25.725 per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 23,487,166 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 819,903,172.
