Director/PDMR Dealing
The Company announces that it has received notice of exercise of options ("Options") under the Company's EMI Share Option Scheme from Steven Morris, Chief Operating Officer, a PDMR, to subscribe for 336,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares"). The exercise price of the Options is 15.56 pence each.
Following the exercise of these Options Mr Morris will hold 451,325 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 0.375% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Application has been made to AIM for the admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission") and Admission is expected to occur on or around 29 November 2018.
Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 120,322,945 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares the total number of voting rights in the Company is 120,322,945. This figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
