Creston PLC04 October 2005 04 October 2005 Creston plc (the 'Company')Exercise of Options The Company has issued 647 ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of optionsover ordinary shares at a price of 136 pence per share. Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for 647 ordinary shares of10 pence each in the capital of Creston to be admitted to the Official List andto trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities. It is expected that admission will take place and dealings will commence in suchnew ordinary shares on 11 October 2005. Following admission of the 647 ordinaryshares, the issued share capital of the Company will be 36,722,009 ordinaryshares of 10 pence each.
