CAP-XX Limited16 November 2006 CAP-XX AGM statement London - November 16, 2006 - Michael Quinn, Chairman of CAP-XX Limited, theglobal leader in thin-form supercapacitors for mobile devices today announced atits AGM the following update on trading: "Since releasing our maiden annual results as a publicly listed company inApril, I am delighted to be able to report that current trading has continued toexceed the expectations set at the time of our admission to AIM. Demand forsupercapacitors from exisiting customers for wireless applications continue toadvance strongly, whilst we have also been approached by a world leading lockmanufacturer; a leading handheld, mobile, email device manufacturer; and avehicle tracking systems manufacturer to integrate our supercapacitor into theirrespective products. We continue to see opportunities we did not anticipate atthe time of the IPO. "Our negotiations with the world's leading mobile phone handset producerscontinue to advance in a very satisfactory manner. Work continues on theintegration of our supercapacitor into power management systems and your boardis increasingly confident that these developments will result in the adoption ofCAP-XX supercapacitors by a leading handset manufacturer by mid 2007 aspreviously anticipated.
