Granting of Share Options
CAP-XX Limited announces that on 6th April 2010 the Company issued a total of 2,450,000 options over ordinary shares in the Company to its directors and staff.
460,000 of these options were issued to the Company's directors at an exercise price of 56p per share. These options, which will vest in equal portions over 4 years and are exercisable up to 6 years from the date of grant.
