CAP-XX Limited, developer of the supercapacitor-driven BriteFlash power architecture for mobile phones, was informed on 13 August 2009 that following an acquisition of ordinary shares on 12 August 2009, Hargreave Hale Limited has an interest in 4,955,000 ordinary shares of the Company representing 7.99% of the issued share capital of the Company.
3,350,000 of these shares are for unit trusts operated by Marlborough Fund Managers Ltd for who Hargreave Hale Ltd manages the portfolio of investments on a discretionary basis. The remaining balance is held on behalf of other discretionary clients.
