CAP-XX Limited,Β developer of the supercapacitor-driven BriteFlashΒ powerΒ architectureΒ for mobile phones, was informedΒ onΒ 13 August 2009Β thatΒ following an acquisition of ordinary shares onΒ 12 August 2009, Hargreave HaleΒ Limited has an interest inΒ 4,955,000Β ordinary sharesΒ of the CompanyΒ representingΒ 7.99% of the issued share capital of theΒ Company.Β
3,350,000 of these shares are for unit trusts operated by Marlborough Fund Managers Ltd for who Hargreave Hale Ltd manages the portfolio of investments on a discretionary basis. The remaining balance is held on behalf of other discretionary clients.
