CORDIANT DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED(the "Company")

TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, as at 31 May 2021, the Company had 371,702,160 Ordinary Shares in issue, each with equal voting rights and 44,547,822 Subscription Shares in issue, with no voting rights attached. No shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 371,702,160.

Shareholders should use 371,702,160 as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
