Interim Dividend
Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited (the 'Company'), an operationally focused investor in the essential digital infrastructure that powers modern communications and the internet, is pleased to announce an interim dividend in respect of the six-month period to 31 March 2023 of 2.0 pence per ordinary share (the "H2 Dividend"). The shares will go ex-dividend on 29 June 2023 and the H2 Dividend will be paid on 21 July 2023 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 30 June 2023.
