Total Voting Rights
Cooks Coffee Company Limited (NZX: CCC; AQUIS: COOK), the international coffee focused café chain, announces that, following the reclassification of 707,000 unquoted non-voting shares as quoted ordinary shares in the Company during August 2024, as at today's date the Company's issued share capital consists of 64,238,670 ordinary shares, each with one voting right. The Company also has 500,000 unquoted non-voting shares (which may be reclassified on written notice as quoted ordinary shares) in issue.
The figure of 64,238,670 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
