Result of AGM & Board Change
The neuroscience company Cambridge Cognition Holdings plc (AIM: COG), which develops and markets products and near patient technologies for cognitive assessment in clinical trials and healthcare applications held its Annual General Meeting today at 10.00am at the registered office of the Company, Tunbridge Court, Tunbridge Lane, Bottisham, Cambridge, CB25 9TU. All resolutions were duly passed.
During the meeting the Company announced that Dr. Andrew (Andy) Blackwell, formerly CSO and currently Non-Executive Director, will be standing down from the board with effect from 1st July 2017.
Non-Executive Chairman at Cambridge Cognition, Michael Lewis commented: "We would like to thank Andy for his major contribution to the development of Cambridge Cognition. He has played a key role in shaping the scientific foundation and reputation of the Company and in building a new science leadership team. The Company is entering a new phase in its development as new wearable and digital health technologies are brought to market and we will seek a new Board member to continue Andy's work in this next stage in the Company's development."
