Issue of Equity
Cambridge Cognition Holdings plc, (AIM: COG), which specialises in computerised neuropsychological tests including those enabling the early detection of dementia, announces that it has issued 112,568 ordinary shares of 1p following the exercise of an option under the Company's Share Option Scheme. Application has been made for the admission of these shares to trading on AIM which is expected to occur on 28 May 2015. Following this issue, there are in issue a total of 17,043,124 ordinary shares of 1p.
