Board Change

Leading provider of personalised customer communication services, Communisis plc (LSE: CMS), announces that Mike Firth has stepped down yesterday from his position as a Non-Executive Director of the Group and from the Board of Directors (the "Board").

Mike has served as a Non-Executive Director of the Group since 2002. During that time he has given invaluable advice to the Group and its management team through periods of significant strategic change and investment, in addition to serving as Chairman of the Board's Remuneration Committee since 2003.

Mike will be replaced as Chairman of the Board's Remuneration Committee by Non-Executive Director, Helen Keays, who assumes that responsibility effective today. Helen joined the Board in July 2014.

Thanking Mike for his long service, Chairman, Peter Hickson said:

"Mike has made a very significant contribution to the development of Communisis during his time on the Board. I know I speak on behalf of every Board colleague when I say that each of us has benefitted enormously from his judgement and commitment, and from the perspective he has brought to our discussions. We will all miss him and wish him well in his future endeavours."
