Communisis PLC Block Listing Application
Communisis PLC (the "Company") announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the blocklisting of 1,000,000 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each (the "shares") in the Company. It is expected that the blocklisting will become effective on 14 October 2008.
The shares will be issued in connection with Communisis PLC Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) and when issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
