Completion of the disposal of the Bath Businesses

The Board of Communisis plc (RIC: CMS.L), the leading provider of print and marketing communication services, is pleased to announce that, following the granting of shareholder approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting held yesterday, the disposal of the Bath Businesses to the Bath management team has now completed.

Capitalised terms used in this announcement but not otherwise defined shall have the same meaning as given to them in the related party circular.
