Result of Extraordinary General Meeting
On 10 June 2008, the Board of Communisis plc (RIC: CMS.L), the leading provider of print and marketing communication services, announced that it had conditionally agreed to sell its operations in Bath to the Bath management team.
At an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company's shareholders held earlier today, a Resolution was tabled seeking shareholder approval for the proposed disposal of the Bath Businesses. The Board is pleased to announce that at the EGM this Resolution was duly passed.
Capitalised terms used in this announcement but not otherwise defined shall have the same meaning as given to them in the related party circular.
