CMC Markets plc ("CMC" or the "Company") announces that Euan Marshall has resigned as the Group Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and as a Director of the Company with effect from January 2024, to assume the position of CFO at IntegraFin Holdings plc ("IntegraFin").
Over the next six months Euan will remain focused on the effective and orderly handover of his responsibilities. The search for a new CFO will commence shortly, and a further update will be issued when appropriate.
Peter Cruddas, Group Chief Executive Officer of CMC, commented:
"Euan has been a highly valued member of the CMC team, holding various positions since becoming a part of the group in 2011. Over the past 4 years, he has served as the CFO, playing a crucial role in the Company's transformative journey.
