Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The Company would like to advise that on Tuesday 2 November 2010, Barry Olliff, Chief Executive Officer, exercised options over the following:
5,000 Ordinary shares at an exercise price of 261p per share
5,000 Ordinary shares at an exercise price of 273p per share
25,000 Ordinary shares at an exercise price of 140p per share
303,897 Ordinary shares at an exercise price of 26p per share
Following this exercise, Mr Oliff has an interest of 4,132,580 ordinary shares in the Company representing 15.54% of the Company's issued share capital.
In addition, the Company notifies that in conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules:
The Company's capital consists of 26,592,750 ordinary shares of 1p each with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 26,592,750.
The above figure (26,592,750) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
