Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Connected Persons and Total Voting Rights and Share Buyback

The Company has purchased for cancellation 439,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 265 pence per share. Following the cancellation of these Ordinary shares, the Company's issued ordinary share capital with voting rights will be 25,968,803 Ordinary shares.

The Company would also like to advise that, on Thursday 15 April:

1. Barry Olliff, Chief Executive Officer, bought 50,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 265p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Oliff has an interest of 5,168,683 Ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company representing 19.9% of the Company's issued share capital.

2. Alan Bufferd, non-executive director, bought 10,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 265p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Bufferd has an interest of 20,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company representing 0.08% of the Company's issued share capital.

3. Frank Bruce Limited, a company connected with Andrew Davison, Chairman of the Company, purchased 18,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 265p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Davison and his connected persons have an interest of 104,500 Ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company representing 0.4% of the Company's issued share capital.
