Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and persons closely associated with them.
City of London (LSE: CLIG), a leading specialist asset management group offering a range of institutional and retail products, has been notified that Cooper Abbott, a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), has purchased 5,000 shares at an aggregate price of £3.979 per ordinary share of £0.01 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Following this transaction, Mr. Abbott's beneficial interest is 45,008 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
