City of London (LSE: CLIG), a leading specialist asset management group offering a range of institutional and retail products investing primarily in closed-end funds, has been notified that Ben Stocks, a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), has purchased 3,029 shares at a price of £3.93942 per ordinary share of £0.01 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
