Notification of Transactions of Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Connected Persons
The Company has been advised thatΒ Barry Olliff, on TuesdayΒ 26Β January,Β soldΒ 100,000 Ordinary shares at a price ofΒ 310pΒ per share. Following this sale, he and his connected personsΒ hold a balanceΒ ofΒ 5,143,683 Ordinary shares in the Company representing 19.7% of the Company's issued share capital.
This disposal of shares reflects Mr Olliff'sΒ stated intention of, subject to close periods and other regulatory requirements, selling 500,000 shares at 310p per share, 500,000 at 350p per share and 500,000 at 400p per share.
