Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Connected Persons
The Company has been advised thatΒ Carlos Yuste, on Tuesday 24thΒ November,Β sold 33,500 Ordinary shares at a price ofΒ 295p per share. Following thisΒ sale,Β he and his connected personsΒ hold a balanceΒ ofΒ 29,425Β Ordinary shares inΒ the CompanyΒ representingΒ 0.11% of the Company's issued share capital.
The CompanyΒ also announcesΒ thatΒ itsΒ Employee Share Option Plan ("ESOP") acquired 83,350 shares onΒ Tuesday 24thΒ NovemberΒ at a price ofΒ 295p per share. Following thisΒ purchase the ESOP holdsΒ 1,624,558Β ordinary sharesΒ in the Company representing 6.24% of the Company's issued share capital.
