Board Changes

City of London Investment Group is pleased to announce that Rian Dartnell will be re-joining the Board as a Non-Executive Director as of 01 October 2020.

Rian is the Managing Partner of PAXIS Key Holdings and works with endowment, foundation and family relationships to identify and monitor exceptional managers and investments. He also serves as a Trustee, Advisor or Investment Committee member for high quality family, endowment and institutional investors.

Rian earned BSc. (Econ) and MSc. (Econ) degrees from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Rian served as a Non-Executive Director on the Group Board from June 2011 to July 2016. He initially served as Chairman of the Group's Audit Committee before moving to chair the Group's Nomination Committee.

Upon joining Rian will become a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules.

As previously announced, Susannah Nicklin had taken the decision not to seek re-election at this year's AGM. Ahead of the AGM she has now retired from the Board and Peter E Roth will take over as the Senior Independent Director with immediate effect.
