Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") has been notified pursuant to DTR 3.1.2R of the following exercise of options under Caledonia's 2005 Executive Share Option Scheme and subsequent sales of shares received by two of its directors, Jamie Cayzer-Colvin and William Wyatt, all of which took place on 15 March 2016 in London:

All of the options were exercised at a price of 1878p and the shares were sold to The Cayzer Trust Company Ltd, a fellow member of the Cayzer family concert party, at a price of 2227p.
