Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification

Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") has been notified pursuant to DTR 3.1.2R of the following transactions involving one of its directors, William Wyatt, and one of his connected persons, The Dunchurch Lodge Stud Company ("Dunchurch"):-

On 24 June 2013, Mr Wyatt exercised options over 18,500 ordinary 5p shares in Caledonia, representing 0.03% of Caledonia's total issued ordinary share capital. Of the 18,500 options exercised, 9,000 were exercised at a price of 945p per share and 9,500 at a price of 1055p per share.

On the same date, Mr Wyatt transferred 14,125 of the shares received to Dunchurch, a private family company with which Mr Wyatt is associated. The shares were transferred at a price of 1807.5p per share. These shares will be registered Dunchurch's own name. The remaining 4,375 shares will be registered in Mr Wyatt's name.

Mr Wyatt's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transactions are as follows:

Beneficial - 1,034,420 shares * = 1.85%

Non-beneficial - 19,093 shares = 0.03%

Options - 32,786 = 0.06%

Performance share scheme awards - 119,286 = 0.21%

Deferred bonus plan awards - 35,090 = 0.06%

* Includes 934,125 shares owned by Dunchurch.
