Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification

Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") has been notified pursuant to DTR 3.1.2R of the following transactions involving one of its directors, The Honourable Charles Cayzer. 

On 28 November 2013, The Honourable Charles Cayzer exercised options over 8,387 ordinary 5p shares in Caledonia, representing 0.02% of Caledonia's total issued ordinary share capital. The options were exercised at a price of 1878p per share and all of the shares received were sold on the same date at 1908p per share.

The Honourable Charles Cayzer's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transactions are as follows:-

Beneficial - 45,092 shares = 0.08%

Non-beneficial - 18,985 shares = 0.03%

Performance share scheme awards - 22,609 = 0.04%
