Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification

Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") has been notified pursuant to DTR 3.1.2R of the following transactions involving one of its directors, the Honourable Charles Cayzer. 

On 12 August 2013, The Hon Charles Cayzer exercised options over 30,742 ordinary 5p shares in Caledonia, representing 0.06% of Caledonia's total issued ordinary share capital. Of the 30,742 options exercised, 18,035 were exercised at a price of 1580p per share and 12,707 at a price of 1446p per share. On the same date, 1,557 ordinary 5p shares in Caledonia, representing 0.003% of Caledonia's total issued ordinary share capital, were transferred to The Hon Charles Cayzer under Caledonia's deferred bonus plan. The Hon Charles Cayzer sold all of the shares received following these transactions at a price of 1850p per share. 

The Honourable Charles Cayzer's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transaction are as follows:-

Beneficial - 45,092 shares = 0.08%

Non-beneficial - 18,985 shares = 0.03%

Options - 8,387 shares = 0.02%

Performance share scheme awards - 22,609 = 0.04%
