Directors' shareholdings

The Company was notified today, 3rd May 2013, that Keith Daley, Chairman of the Company, today acquired 1,242,165 ordinary shares in Elektron at a price of 10.5 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Daley is interested in 16,812,016 ordinary shares in Elektron, inclusive of his interest held under the Elektron Technology 2012 Employee Benefit Trust, representing in total approximately 14.06% of the total issued share capital of the Company.

The Company was also notified today, 3rd May 2013, that Noah Franklin, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, today acquired 675,000 ordinary shares in Elektron at a price of 10.5 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Franklin is interested in 2,919,000 ordinary shares in Elektron, inclusive of his interest held under the Elektron Technology 2012 Employee Benefit Trust, representing in total approximately 2.44% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
