Director/PDMR Shareholdings

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).

On 31 August 2011, the following transactions over ordinary shares in the Company were made by a Director of the Company.

AL Case

The Performance Share Award granted on 28 August 2008 matured and in accordance with the performance conditions 45,379 shares lapsed and 39,760 shares were awarded to Mr Case.

In order to meet the tax liability which is incurred immediately on the exercise of this award Mr Case sold on 31 August 2011 a total of 20,249 shares at a price of £11.70 per share.

Following this transaction, contingent upon the attainment of various performance conditions Mr Case had 245,391 shares outstanding under performance share awards, and he held 514,805 Ordinary Shares representing 2.71% of the Issued Share Capital.

The above transaction took place in London on 31 August 2011.

The Company was informed of the above transactions on 31 August 2011.
