This notification is made in accordance with the FCA's Listing Rule LR 9.6.14 (2).

The Company announces that Dr Tim Miller, independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director of Scapa Group plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market, with effect from 20 January 2020.

Tim will chair Scapa Group plc's Remuneration Committee and become a member of the Audit and Risk and Nomination Committees.
