Pre-Close Trading Update
On 17 December 2014, Clarkson PLC published a prospectus containing a trading statement in which it was stated that trading in both Clarksons and RS Platou ASA ("Platou") were in line with management's expectations.
The Board of Clarksons is today pleased to confirm that since that statement was made, trading conditions in both Clarksons and Platou are unchanged and thus remain in line with management's expectations.
It is currently anticipated that the preliminary results of Clarksons for the year ending 31 December 2014 will be announced on 9 March 2015.
