Practical completion of the first phase student accommodation development atThe Island Quarter, Nottingham

The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("Conygar") the property investment and development group, announces that practical completion of its first phase of student accommodation at The Island Quarter in Nottingham was achieved on 3rd June 2024. 

As a result of achieving practical completion, the property, which comprises 693 beds, in addition to extensive amenity space, is now under the control of our appointed manager Fresh Property Group and available for occupation. This will enable their full access to the premises and further enhance the ongoing student lettings in good time for the September 2024 student intake.
