The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("the Company") advises that it received notification on 25Β June 2008 fromΒ Robert Ware,Β Chief Executive, that he had purchasedΒ 250,000 ordinary 5p shares in theΒ CompanyΒ at a price of 150pΒ perΒ share onΒ 25Β June 2008. Following this transaction, his holding in the Company is nowΒ 2,975,000Β ordinary 5p shares representingΒ 7.14% of the total voting rights.
