Acquisition of Shares by a Director
The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("the Company") advises that it received notification on 25 June 2008 from Robert Ware, Chief Executive, that he had purchased 250,000 ordinary 5p shares in the Company at a price of 150p per share on 25 June 2008. Following this transaction, his holding in the Company is now 2,975,000 ordinary 5p shares representing 7.14% of the total voting rights.
