Option Exercises
The Company announces that it has issued and allotted 26,754 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company pursuant to the exercise of share options under the Cohort plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme and Cohort plc 2006 Share Option Scheme.
The current issued share capital of the Company is 40,730,475 ordinary shares of 10p each.
Application has been made for admission of these shares to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange plc and dealings in the new ordinary shares are expected to commence on 27 August 2009.
Of the options exercised, Andrew Thomis, Chief Executive of the Company, exercised options over 912 ordinary shares at a price of 123p per ordinary share. Accordingly, Andrew Thomis is now interested in 33,142 ordinary shares.
