Grant of deferred share award
Chemring Group PLC ("Chemring" or the "Company") announces that on 9 December 2025 it granted an award of 36,136 deferred 1p ordinary shares in the capital of the Company to Michael Ord, a director of the Company, in satisfaction of 20% of Mr Ord's annual bonus payment for the year ended 31 October 2025. The deferred share award will vest in three years' time.
