The Company was notified on 2 February 2016 of the following sale of ordinary shares in the Company of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") by Directors and a Connected Person listed below (the "Transaction"). The transactions by Wendy Nicholls, Robert Barker and Julie Barker were undertaken to utilise their individual annual CGT exemptions.
