20 April 2010 CEPS PLC ("CEPS" or the "Company") Expiry of Warrants
CEPS announces that the unexercised warrants to subscribe at 62.5p for ordinary shares in the Company, which are currently traded on AIM under the ticker CEPW.L, (the "Warrants") will expire at close of business today. As at the time of this announcement, 1,437,287 Warrants remained unexercised. Trading on AIM in the Warrants will also cease as of close of business tonight.
