Final dividend for year ending 29 February 2016

Dublin, Ireland | 27 May 2016: C&C Group plc announces that the price of a New Share in respect of the Final Dividend Scrip Alternative for the financial year ending 29th February 2016 will be €3.95476. As the cash dividend is 8.92 cent per share, the entitlement will be one New Share for every 55.419843 shares held where dividend withholding tax applies and one New Share for every 44.335874 shares held where dividend withholding tax does not apply.
