Contract with Mitchells & Butlers PLC 

Cashbox is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement on 24 June 2009, it has been awarded a contract to manage a further 260 ATMs at sites within the Mitchells & Butlers ("M&B") estate of managed pubs. This brings the total number of ATM's operated by Cashbox within M&B to over 500.

The additional sites, which are currently operating with another ATM supplier, are ATM ready and the transfer between suppliers will commence in the coming weeks.  The Company initially started working with M&B following the acquisition of 141 machines announced on 7 July 2008.
